Privacy policy

Last updated 5 June 2026

iancredible is a one-person software studio run by Ian Nuttall in the United Kingdom. This policy covers this website and the apps published under the iancredible name. Where an individual app collects data the rest of the studio's apps don't, that app will say so in its own listing or settings.

The short version

I try to collect as little as possible. The apps are built to answer a question and get out of your way, not to harvest data. I don't sell your personal information to anyone.

What this website collects

This site is a static landing page. It doesn't ask you to log in or fill in forms. I use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. That data isn't tied to your name and isn't used to track you across other sites.

What the apps collect

Most of the web apps work without an account. When you search something like a postcode, that lookup is processed to return your result and isn't linked to your identity. If a mobile app needs more, for example saving your address so it can send a bin reminder, it will ask for that information directly and use it only to provide the feature you turned on.

Push notifications

Some apps can send reminders, like the night before a bin collection. You choose whether to turn these on, and you can turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll sort it out.
